Ever wish there was an easier way to help members and prospects find the best plan for them? Now there is. The new No Network Search feature of the Find a Doctor tool lets you search for a provider by name first, and then find their participating plans and networks.

What’s in the new playbook?

We’ve enhanced all kinds of things in the provider playbook to help agents like you find more success and confidence in talking with members about choosing the right care for their needs. Use the playbook as a quick reference for topics, including:

•	The Find a Doctor tool—easy-to-access information to help you use the tool to its best advantage, both for you and for members.
•	A comprehensive guide to the different types of care offered by in-network Humana providers, including home-based care, as well as tips for matching members to the care they need, when they need it.

Find a Doctor tool

As an agent, helping members choose the right Humana plan for their needs is one of the most important things you do each day. Using the Find a Doctor tool with Care Highlight® ratings helps you empower members and prospects to search for an in-network primary care physician (PCP) rated by care quality and cost efficiency.

Now you can search for providers by name first using the No Network Search function, so members and prospects can be sure they are choosing a plan that allows them to keep seeing their preferred PCP. We’ve also increased the number of providers within our search directory to give members more choice when it comes to their healthcare. Easier for you and more convenient for members—it’s a win-win.
